• To buy a product, simply click on the related BUY button.
• If you have not already ordered something within that session, you will be asked to OPEN the shopping basket by supplying your email addres.
• If you are a first time customer, you will be required to supply the relevant details required to CREATE a shopping basket for you.
• Once the shopping basket is open, you can add the product to the shopping basket by supply the quantity required (defaults to 1).
• Once the product is added, you will de shown what products are in your shopping basket.
• You can EDIT the quantities of the products required (a zero quantity deletes the product from the shopping basket).
• You can continue shopping and add more titles to the shopping basket.
• When you have completed shopping, you may proceed to the CHECKOUT to finalise the order. Here you will be asked to confirm your details, making updates where relevant.
• On confirmation, the ORDER is automatically created and a copy of the order will be emailed to you.
• A representative of Impact Video will be in touch with you shortly via email to arrange for payment and delivery.

• Orders are processed for shipment during normalbusiness hours only (8am - 4;30 pm, Mon - Fri, excluding Holidays).
• The customer is responsible for all additional shipping costs that may occur from an incorrect address or refused shipment.
• If a package is returned to our facility without reason, we will contact you via email and/or the telephone to resolve the issue in a timely fashion.
• impactvideo.co.za does not pay for International Duty taxes. If a shipment incurs any such charges the customer is responsible.
• impactvideo.co.za is not responsible for brokerage fees incurred on International Shipments. These fees, whether charged by a private or Customs appointed broker, are the sole responsibility of the customer.
• Courier deliveries are NOT available to PO Boxes.
• Couriers do NOT deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.

For orders with a value of up to and including R1,500.00, shipping is at a flat rate of R62.70
For orders over R1,500.00 the shipping fees will be 4% of the order total
