For orders with a value of up to and including R1,500.00, shipping is at a flat rate of R62.70
For orders over R1,500.00 the shipping fees will be 4% of the order total
Orders can also be collected from our offices in Johannesburg at no shipping costs to you

• Orders are processed for shipment during normalbusiness hours only (8am - 4;30 pm, Mon - Fri, excluding Holidays).
• The customer is responsible for all additional shipping costs that may occur from an incorrect address or refused shipment.
• If a package is returned to our facility without reason, we will contact you via email and/or the telephone to resolve the issue in a timely fashion.
• impactvideo.co.za does not pay for International Duty taxes. If a shipment incurs any such charges the customer is responsible.
• impactvideo.co.za is not responsible for brokerage fees incurred on International Shipments. These fees, whether charged by a private or Customs appointed broker, are the sole responsibility of the customer.
• Courier deliveries are NOT available to PO Boxes.
• Couriers do NOT deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.
